Head PostMen

किसे कहते है Head Postmen :

बड़े डाक कार्यालय मे, आमतौर पर एक या एक से अधिक पोस्टमैन होते है उन्मे से एक को हेड पोस्टमैन बना देते है जो निम्नलिखित कार्य करने की जिम्मेदारी होती है  -

Work & duty of Head PostMen :-

In the larger offices, there are usually one or more postmen designated head postmen :-

1. who are entrusted with the duty of conveying money to and from the treasury, sub-treasury or Bank or town S.Os. 
2. Head postmen may also be required to take out for delivery articles that have been returned by other postmen as unclaimed or refused 
3. and to take up the work of any postman who may be temporarily absent.
4. For the sake of greater security, a head postman may be ordered by the postmaster to accompany a postman to whom several insured articles or e-money order of considerable aggregate value have been made over for delivery or payment.
5. Head postmen may be employed to make enquiries into minor complaints, verify payment of e-money orders and test the work of postmen and letter-box attendants when they can be spared for such a purpose.
6. His services can be utilized in Nodal Delivery Center where NDCs are working in HO

हेड पोस्टमैन के कार्य -

ट्रेशरी, सब-treasury, बैंक या टाउन सब पोस्ट ऑफिस से cash को लाने और ले जाने के लिए जिम्मेदार होता है 

उन सभी आर्टिकल को लेकर delivery के लिए निकलना पड़ सकता है जिन पर साधारण डाकिया ने unclaimed या refused का रीमार्क डाल दिया हो 

किसी भी साधारण पोस्टमैन की जगह ड्यूटी लग सकती है जो temporary absent हो 

एक साधारण पोस्ट मैन जिसके पास नियत रकम से ज्यादा की वीपीपी, इएमओ या बीमित वस्तुए हो उसकी मदद के लिए भी पोस्टमास्टर हेड पोस्ट मैन को ऑर्डर दे सकता है 

हेड पोस्ट मैन को साधारण पोस्टमैन द्वारा किए गए कार्य, लेटर बॉक्स attendants, e-mo की पेमेंट को verify करने जैसे छोटी-छोटी शिकायतों की inquiry करने के लिए भी कहा जा सकता है 

हेड पोस्ट मैन की सर्विस को नोडल डेलीवेरी सेंटर मे भी काम करवाकर utilize किया जा सकता है।
